Exhibitor Reservation

As an exhibitor, your organization will be exposed to a diverse population of policy makers, government regulators and business decision-makers, in addition to labor and community organizations. Space is limited, so please sign and return the enclosed exhibitor’s reservation form as soon as possible.

Once your application is received and approved, you will be sent a full Exhibitor’s Packet with complete details. In order to provide a safe and successful event for all Exhibitors, the following rules will be observed by all Exhibitors:

  • Exhibit space may not be sublet without prior written permission of NBCSL;
  • Exhibit displays and decorations must fit within the dimensions of the space (8’x10’) and not impede traffic in the aisles or disrupt neighboring spaces;
  • Audio-video presentations are encouraged, but sound levels must be low enough not to interfere with other Exhibitors;
  • Exhibitors should honor rules and requirements of the hotel and display companies;
  • NBCSL is not responsible for loss or damage to Exhibitor’s property or injury to Exhibitor’s employees, unless caused by the active negligence or willful act of NBCSL;
  • NBCSL reserves the right to add rules as necessary for the smooth operation of the exhibition.

DESCRIPTION

Single booth size: 8’x10’ booth includes 3’ high back and side drapes with one (1) ID sign, 6’ skirted table and two (2) chairs.

EXHIBIT BOOTH SPACE COST

  • Private Sector: $1,500 Booth
  • Non-profits: $1,200 Booth (Must provide proof of non-profit status)

MOVE-IN AND SETUP

  • Tuesday, December 4, 2012: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

SHOW HOURS

  • Wednesday, December 5, 2012: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
  • Thursday, December 6, 2012: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Friday, December 7, 2012: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Saturday, December 8, 2012: 8:00 am – 11:30 am

MOVE-OUT AND DISMANTLE

  • Saturday, December 8, 2012: 12 noon – 2:00 pm
