Time Warner Cable Research Program on Digital Communications: New Reports on Media Measurement and Internet Adoption

In 2010, Time Warner Cable launched its Research Program on Digital Communications to help further scholarship in areas of interest to industry and policymakers. The Research Program engages scholars to increase understanding of the benefits and challenges facing digital technologies in the home, office, classroom and community.

Pfizer, Inc

On June 18, Pfizer, Inc launched GetOld.com, a dedicated website where members of the public are invited to share their stories, access articles and videos, find health information and tools on aging in the US. Visitors will be able to join a conversation about aging – its joys and its challenges – and share it with their friends and family by forwarding a Get Old video, blogging, posting and tweeting.

AT&T Aspire: Supporting Education, People, and Community

In 2008, AT&T and the AT&T Foundation launched AT&T Aspire, which confronts the high school dropout crisis to help ensure students graduate prepared for the future challenges of continuing education and the workforce.  AT&T Aspire is working to help reverse this trend by identifying programs that work and bringing them to scale, as well as supporting the work of educators and helping students get excited about setting and achieving their goals.
