The National Black Caucus of State Legislators (NBCSL) will co-host a Presidential Candidates Forum on October 11, 2019, in Orangeburg, South Carolina. The forum, which will be held at South Carolina State University’s Martin Luther King Jr. Auditorium, will provide an opportunity for the public to hear candidates discuss their positions in depth on the most critical issues affecting our nation, particularly communities of color. Constituents will also have the opportunity to ask questions of the presidential hopefuls.
The Forum is sponsored by NBCSL; The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP); The National Wildlife Federation (NWF); Democracy Now; The ReGenesis Project and West Harlem Environmental Justice, Inc (WE ACT).
