NBCSL does not charge for single events. Individuals who elect not to participate in a scheduled activity will not receive a partial refund.
Single Day Registration
The “one single day” attendance fee includes admission to program sessions, meal functions, social events, and exhibits on the selected day. NBCSL does not charge for single events. Individuals who elect not to participate in a scheduled daily activity will not receive a refund for any unattended activity.

All sessions are wheelchair accessible. Individuals requiring assistance should notify NBCSL of their specific needs by November 9, 2019, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All individuals will be required to present a photo ID in order to pick up their badge. Conference badges must be worn at all times and are mandatory for admittance to all conference sessions and social events. A badge and ticket are required for meals.
- Replacement Badge: Badge replacement fee is $25 per request. (photo ID required)
- Meal Tickets: NBCSL does not replace lost tickets
