Black Immigrants Task Force
International Affairs (IAF) Committee
This joint resolution creates a task force to study the needs, challenges, and contributions of Black immigrant communities in the state. The task force examines issues such as immigration barriers, access to services, economic opportunities, and integration challenges specific to Black immigrants from Africa, the Caribbean, and other regions.
