NBCSL Model Legislation Submission Form

The National Black Caucus of State Legislators (NBCSL) is dedicated to the professional development of Black state legislators and improving their effectiveness in statehouses across the nation. It is through this commitment that NBCSL has developed a model legislation process to allow NBCSL legislators to share their successful legislation with other NBCSL members as examples that could be implemented in other states.

The deadline for submission of Model Legislation expired on October 31, 2023 at 11:59PM EST.
