The National Black Caucus of State Legislators (NBCSL) is inviting the submission of proposals for policy sessions at its 46th Annual Legislative Conference to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada from November 28 - December 2, 2022. From your submissions, a selected few will be chosen and promoted as feature policy sessions on our conference program. Your submitted proposals must address issues that are national in scope and offer strategies that legislators may implement in their states. Please include supporting documents such as related legislation, research papers, academic studies, news articles, and any handouts that you recommend for distribution during the policy session.
NBCSL’s national office retains the right to select the topic, format, and panelists for all policy sessions at the Annual Legislative Conference. Proposed policy sessions may be modified or altered at the discretion of NBCSL national office.
