December 1, 2017

The National Black Caucus of State Legislators (NBCSL) is holding its 41st Annual Conference in Indianapolis this weekend.

This year the NBCSL conference will bring together African American state legislators representing districts from across the United States to discuss education, criminal justice, infrastructure and other issues to develop policy resolutions that they will use to effect change for their constituents.

Indy Politics spoke with NBCSL President State Representative Greg Porter of Indianapolis.

You can hear him in the Leon-Tailored Audio above. It runs about 10 minutes.
